Terms & Conditions: (Must purchase 1 attraction pass/ticket to enter Halloween Hollow)

  • Each Season Pass grants the holder one (1) Fast Pass admission per open night. (One entry per person per pass)
  • Bring a valid U.S. issued photo ID each visit
  • Must bring your Season Pass Lanyard and Badge each visit. The name on your ticket/pass must match your ID
  • Season Passes and Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged
  • Season Passes are non-transferable; they are valid only for the person named on the ticket/pass
  • Every guest must have a valid ticket or pass to enter Halloween Hollow and each haunted attraction
  • Wait times vary based on the length of the queue line to enter the attraction and as it gets closer to Halloween
  • All sales of Season Passes and Gift Cards are final. No refunds will be issued for ticket prices or service fees
  • Season Passes and Gift Cards expire on the last night of our 2026 season

Safety and Enjoyment:

For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, minors (15 years and younger) must be accompanied by an adult during their visit. Drop-offs without a supervising adult are not permitted. The adult accompanying minors is responsible for their safety and behavior while on the Halloween Hollow/Defenders Retreat property. We kindly ask that you do not purchase tickets for unattended minors, as entry will be denied without an adult present.
