The Society of the Hollow:
An archaic cave system, with its mouth in the Hellfire Club in Ireland, has been discovered here when mining on this patch of land in the hills where all manner of wicked things are drawn. The five Legacy Councils have united to form the conclave of Halloween Hollow. At the confluence of a mystical crossroads of ley lines and a dimensional rift where the veil between being is thinnest, it is a great source of power for these horror-inducing creatures of the night. Their king is Amalgam, the Hallow Lord, Keeper of Souls; protector of the Councils of Halloween Hollow. Though his origins are lost to time, he is undisputed as their master, channeling the powers of the Hollow to each factions' aberrant agenda. Even so, the Hollow must be fed Halloween souls to continue to protect the Councils from outside interference. Each October the Hollow allows guests to enrich the Councils' power with their fear, culminating each October 31st with the Harvest of Halloween Souls. Five Councils of Night – these five factions have united in an uneasy truce here at Halloween Hollow. Each has their own dark motivations for their presence. None of them bode well for humanity. They are also known as the Factions of Fear.

Witches
Carry ancient magic and long-standing grudges. Their covens have guarded powerful secrets for generations, and they’re not afraid to use their dark arts when pushed
Höwlinger
Werewolves
Family first, always. Höwlingers run in packs, and anyone who threatens one of their own answers to all of them.
